📦 Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

  • You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order ships.

  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM CST will be processed the next business day.


🚚 Shipping Methods & Rates

We currently ship within the United States.

Standard Shipping 3–5 business days $4.99 (Free on orders $39+)
Expedited Shipping 1–2 business days $9.99

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on location and carrier delays.


🌍 International Shipping

We currently do not offer international shipping. Stay tuned—we're working on expanding globally soon!


🧾 Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number and link to follow your package’s journey. If you don’t receive it within 48 hours of placing your order, please contact us.


📬 Shipping Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. Merry Vita is not responsible for:

  • Delays or lost shipments due to incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • Packages returned to us because of address errors (re-shipping fees may apply)


Lost or Damaged Packages

We take great care in packaging your products securely. However, if your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us at support@merryvita.com within 7 days of delivery.
